Soundproof screens and barriers are designed to create an acoustic buffer zone. They are placed between the noise source and the operator to isolate workplaces or noisy areas. Their efficiency is crucial for the acoustic isolation of constituent elements, of the dimensions, of pre-existing discontinuities and, most importantly, of reverberations from walls and ceilings. They are made of noise absorbing surfaces to prevent the noise level from increasing close to the noise source.
The parts of the base are made by assembling an absorbent coating in unalterable, fire-resistant and non-putrescible mineral wool on a steel structure. Its surface finish is in perforated steel sheet.
For standard plants, the support frame of the panel and the perforated steel sheets are obtained by treating pre-painted galvanised sheet metal.
