On Request assistance is provided when the Client calls; On Request assistance is suitable for solutions of revamping and restoration of damaged filters, for example, after fires or explosions, and for updating existing filters to more recent ATEX anti-explosion standards.

It is also useful for:

• replacing fabric filter parts
• replacing filter cartridges
• replacing active charcoal

Assistance on Request is provided within the agreed times and according to the economic conditions illustrated in the following table.
